Product Return Policy

1. Terminology

Operator – a legal entity that provides the ability to view video content.

Subscriber - an individual who has entered into a service agreement with the Operator, on the basis of which he is allocated a subscriber number, login and password for authorization and viewing video content and the receiver device is delivered.

Test Subscription - order by the Subscriber of access to the Operator's Service for the duration of the service test.

Authorization - connection to a central portal that provides access to the service.

Product – a receiver, a device that provides the Subscriber the access to the Operator Services.

Service - a service provided by the Operator through the use of IP TV - a data transfer system that provides the Service to a television receiver or personal computer.

Order - a duly executed Customer's request for delivery to the specified address of the list of Products selected on the Website.

2. The Subscriber has the right to cancel the order and return the Product within 14 days from the date of its receipt.

3. The application for refusal must be submitted within 14 days from the date of payment for the order.

4. The refusal statement must contain: name, surname and order numbers.

5. The refusal statement must be sent in writing to the e-mail address: [email protected] or announced orally by phone +1(888) 848-8403.

6. In order to comply with the return period, it is necessary to send the Goods in a timely manner.

7. The goods must be sent to the Operator to the address: Telecola TV, 99 Wall ST., # 5553, New York NY 10005.

8. The Subscriber does not have the right to perform actions on the Goods that are intended solely for the performance of the manufacturer or authorized persons. In particular, such actions include opening devices, removing warranty seals and serial numbers, as well as any ways to bypass such protection measures against unauthorized actions on Goods, products and devices.

9. The Subscriber undertakes to return the Product without traces of use and, if possible, in its original packaging.

10. If the Subscriber cannot return the Product in its original condition, then he is obliged to compensate for the deterioration of the Product in the amount of 50% of the price of the Product.

11. If the Subscriber returns the Goods to the Operator of inadequate quality, which is defective due to the fault of the Subscriber and cannot ensure the performance of its functional qualities, then the Operator has the right to invoice the Subscriber in the amount of the purchase price of the Goods

12. The Subscriber shall bear the cost of return shipping.
